Redirection not working with cached pages

    Hi, am using the (redirection) plugin to redirect one page from exampla.com/page to exampla.com/page/

    this redirection only works for users that excluded from the page cache

    when using incognito the redirection doesn’t work

    why is this related to w3c?

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
    Can you please confirm this is only happening on a specific page?
    To confirm this may be related to W3 Total Cache, please disable the plugin temporarily and see if the problem persists.
    If the issue is gone, you may want to use aliases in the Performance>Page Cache – Aliases section.
    Enable the Cache alias hostnames: and add Additional home URLs: example.com/page/ and example.com/page
    Save all settings and purge the cache and see if the problem persists.
