redirection not working

I have installed IP2location redirection, inserted tokens and updated the database, set everything correctly. The site is simple with minimal plugins, no cache, no wordfence, etc. We would like to redirect visitors from Australia to https://jojo.space/au. The rule is set properly but entirely ignored (no redirection).

In fact, the log does not even catch my IP address which is: 101.180.8.190.
