redirection not working

please help me

Please enable the “debugging log” option in the plugin settings. Wait for 24 hours until the “debug.log” generated under wp-content/plugins/ip2location-redirection. Check the content for the detailed message.

okay, i am enable now debugging log.
this plugin is free for redirections..?
and also i have one more doubt where to see country name in browser network section we can find any api in network section.?

@pavankumarkotla It looks like your website is hosted behind a reverse proxy server. Please make sure your server is set up to forward the actual client IP address in order to get the plugin to work properly.
