Redirection not redirecting

I have 2 possibly-related issues:

1. I’ve created a new 301 redirection from /index.php/category/education2/ to https://www.ronitbaras.com/index.php/category/education-learning/, but while the plugin counts every time I test into its log, it doesn’t redirect and continues to display “Page not found”
2. When I click on the counter link next to the redirection record (https://www.ronitbaras.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?page=redirection.php&sub=log&redirect=30), I get a blank page with “0” at the top and that’s it

I think this may be specific to renaming of categories, tags and posts, because I’m getting renamed categories, tags and posts listed by Google Webmaster Tools as “Not found”
