Redirection Nightmare Part 2!

I am posting in here with the utmost humility because I did something horribly idiotic…I redirected the wp-admin to the contact page of the website! I noticed an IP from Turkey was attempting to visit the wp-admin page repeatedly for like 2 hrs straight recently every 10 seconds. It was no doubt an attempt at a hack, so I foolishly redirected it in a moment of boneheadedness. This of course means I can no longer access the WP Dashboard!
My ideas to remedy this are:
1) Just go into the FTP and delete the Redirect plugin folder. This would then remove all the redirects I created within this plugin…right??? I would obviously have to reenter all the redirects I did, but at least I would be able to access the dashboard.
2) In FTP I would access the redirects that I created in this plugin, and then just remove this redirect of the wp-admin URL. But, I have no idea if this is possible, and if it is possible, which file either in this plugins folder or somewhere else in the root of my site do I find the redirects that I created with this redirection plugin.
Would either of those 2 remedies work? If not, does anyone have a better idea, or can point me in the direction I need to get remedy #2 solved within a file on the FTP?
