Redirection managment

I have used this plugin several times in the past for clients and it has performed admirably. I have had great confidence in it.
However the latest versions seem to not work right in the areas of managing redirects. I cannot delete individual redirects, reorder lists and the paging doesn’t work at all. Things like this are minor if the plugin actually works as I could simply delete redirects from the DB itself, however it makes me doubt the plugin’s overall viability.
There was a thread on this from 10 months ago that someone else posted but moderators have closed the topic due to hijacking and age. In my opinion there is great need to address the issue and no previous resolution.
The issue occurs with the version 2.3.4 in the WP repository and the 2.3.5 in the author’s plugin page.
