Redirection Issues

Hey there,
We’re using the redirection plugin on a site configured on an Ubuntu server, running NGINX. There are several redirects that do not work.

A pair of examples are
https://dev-baos.digisavvy.net/preRegistration.php -> https://dev-baos.digisavvy.net/pre-registration (does not work)

https://dev-baos.digisavvy.net/index.php -> https://dev-baos.digisavvy.net/ (works)

All other redirects, where we’re redirecting from content that has a .PHP extension does not seem to work either.
