Redirection fails setup, automatic and manual

    I am struggling with installation of Redirection on this website, but use it on many others. Automatic setup stalls on testing rest api’s at 0%. After a few trys I ran the manual setup in my database and all tables added successfully, but pressing ‘finished’ does nothing. When I visit my site’s rest link I get a bunch of data which I think is correct.

    Notes:
    * plesk server so I followed the ‘plesk guide’ link, but that leads to a multi-site related page I don’t immediately see the relevance for
    * tried with all plugins turned off and using theme 2023

    Checking in. One other possible related point might be the installation is housed in a sub folder, ‘wp1/’, and accessed through the root. A setup like this seem somewhat common now though.

    Do you have any browser developer console errors when installing? It’s likely related to a security plugin.

    Sorry for the delayed reply. I went to check as you suggested BUT the issue resolved itself in the meantime. Annoying because, while I like things working, I also like to understand why there was a problem. I’ll take it though. Thanks for helping.
