redirection error

I recently download this plugin(WooCommerce Products Filter) to work with my woo commerce. its meant to fillter based on attributes.
Any time i try to filter an attribute. i.e 3GB, I get directed to this link, which is actually a blank page.
https://www.comparepricemarket.com/shop/?swoof=1&pa_data-volume=3gb-2
but when I edit the url to this it works.
https://www.comparepricemarket.com/?swoof=1&pa_data-volume=3gb-2Notice the *shop/has been deleted. How do I love this permanently .
Also the shop page will not allow a side bar.
