    I was running 3 websites from a single rank math account but yesterday I saw the redirection system not working. Redirection mix one website to other websites.

    Sorry for the issue you are facing.

    Can you please explain further how the redirections got mixed, what do you mean by that?

    Unless the redirections are not created manually, Rank Math does not interfere with the redirections of a website.
