redirection doesn’t work

Are you able to let me know what the exact URL is that you are placing the redirect option field?

Also, does your theme include any page loading or link animations? Sometimes the JavaScript that runs those will cancel other code that is meant to fire on a button or link click. If so, try disabling that feature to see if it makes any difference.

I’m using very popular Kalium theme, it works on different webiste but not here, one of the differences is that this one has WPML.

From my understanding, you have the restaurant reservations plugin on two sites, and that it functions correctly on one site, but not the other. If that is correct, are you using the Kalium theme on both sites? If not, could you, as a test, switch to WordPress’s default Twenty Twenty theme on the site using Kalium theme and see if that makes a?difference?

Also, sometimes a conflict with another plugin can cause such problems. As another test, could you disable all your plugins, but ours, and see if that makes a difference? From there, you would need to activate your plugins one by one until the issue happens again.
