Redirection doesnt work

I like that plugin but unfortunately when I chose a custom url, I get the error ‘too many redirects’ ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.
Is there a known problem/conflict with a plugin? I dont use any redirect plugins but wpml. Thank you very much,
