Redirection after registration is not working

  • Hi,

    I’m using the latest version of WP and UM. I did a full theme/plugin conflict test (https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test), but my issue is still happening after deactived all plugins and runnning the website with TwentyFifteen.
    But, I can’t be redirected after registration (I think my issue is happening since the last full update of my website).
    – My registration form register user as Subscriber.
    – In the User Role settings, I set the Subscriber users to be redirected to a specific page (or display a specific message), but none of those options are working. Also, if I don’t set approval needed after registration, and set automatic connexion after registration : same problem, nothing is happening after registration. The registration works fine (I get the right emails after registration). But I have no message or redirection after registration. It’s very frustrating! Specially because it was working 2 weeks ago…!

    Hi @from-scratch,

    Can you please attach screenshots of your redirect/URL settings so we can check them.
    Please clarify what “full update” are you referring to?
    Do you have any security or redirect plugins installed?
    Do you have server side caching e.g. Memcached, Varnish cache, CloudFlare?

    I meant by “full update”, updating WP and all plugins+theme to the latest version.
    I deactived all plugins (except UM) and activated Twentyfifteen theme, so I don’t have any security or redirect plugins installed.
    I don’t have any caching system.

    You can try to register and you will see the problem. Once registered, I can set your account as administrator so you can play with the back-office. This site is now a dev site, so you can do whatever test you need.
