Redirection after cart express checkout

Hi,
I have trouble with the paypal button on the cart page. At the moment the flow look like this: Click paypal button -> paypal popup opens -> fill paypal data -> land on checkout page -> accept terms and conditions -> click place order with Paypal.

Is it possible to change to this: Click paypal button -> paypal popup opens -> fill paypal data -> land on thank you page
