Redirecting to wp-admin install with Wordfence message

The site was down for a couple of minutes and I was in talks with the host to get it back up, then when I checked the site again I get this message when I try to go to the homepage: https://prnt.sc/sxL0IE6TSS1h
It redirects to https://www.example.com/wp-admin/install.php
Any idea whats going on? All the site files and plugins are still visible on the server
