Redirecting to URL parameter

Hi there, need some help with basic usage.
Would like url – https://mysite/logged-in/?RedirectUrl=http%3a%2f%2myothersite.com%2faccount%2flogin.aspx
To redirect to the RedirectUrl parameter.
I’ve tried putting these values in the boxes, but seems incorrect.
https://mysite/logged-in/? – RedirectUrlThank you
