Redirecting to membership options, NOT welcome page, after registration/login?

    my membership options/buying page is here:

    my login/welcome page is theoretically here:

    i have tested s2member and registration itself works fine, and payment goes thru ok. after registering though, and also, i log into the site with the credentials sent to me in the email, it takes me back to the membership options page, not my welcome page! here is the url i get redirected to when i try to log in:

    also, when i try to MANUALLY access the login/welcome page, i cannot – i again get redirected to the membership options page.

    i have checked s2member general options and i have definitely set up the login and welcome page and the membership options page correctly.

    is anyone please able to help??? i was wanting to buy s2member pro, but until this is resolved im not sure if i should, please help?

    my login information is as follows – its fine for you to use these, there is no actual product yet on my login/welcome page:

    Username: emmaburge
    Password: Ls7zgb5WNUFu

    is it to do with the fact the login address has /new/ in the url, and the website is held under subdirectory /new/, but the site is configured to show up without the /new/????

    im really not sure what the problem is here. ??

    Yes, I’m sure you have identified the problem. If you take out the new, it should work.

    But I wonder whether using the Special Redirection URL option in the Login Welcome Page might also work. Have you tried it?

    i have now done this via the Special Redirection URL option, and this fixes the redirect after log in. but the same problem happens when i try to access the account page directly, it just redirects to the membership options page. also, when there is a link on the account page to ‘my profile’, again, clicking just redirects to the membership options page. this is ok for now but will cause issues in the future. is there something that can be troubleshooted or looked into here? thanks for your help

    @bamme, check if you set main WP URLs well. This is in the Settings->General page.
