Redirecting to login page

    Hello,

    Having an issue where if you visit main domain or secondary
    https://www.maxsafeglobal.com or https://www.maxsafeglobal.co.uk (redirects to main .com domain) it redirects to a login screen.

    We have no “Locked” content that we do not wish people to see. Our site is setup so logged in users (and assigned to reseller) sees a different pricing structure (this works in conjuction with a 3rd party pricing plugin).

    Functionality is working however we would like to fix why we are having site redirect to login page.

    Hi @gcurran,

    We just accessed your site on the URL https://www.maxsafeglobal.com and it is displaying the home page. No redirection happened.

    Could you check once again at your end and let us know if it now working fine.

    Hello,

    Strange, as we can produce the redirect just by visiting main url,
    Please try https://www.maxsafeglobal.co.uk.

    I can screen record the steps i take however unsure how useful this is to you.

    Please finally note:
    Browser cache has been cleared.
    Tryed both firefox and chrome – same result
    Cache on wordpress has been cleaned
    Incognito mode also produces same results.

    Hi @gcurran,

    On https://www.maxsafeglobal.co.uk, the redirection to login page is happening. However, RegistrationMagic doesn’t provide any feature to redirect the home page of a site to the login page. Could you please check if the issue is occurring with RegistrationMagic deactivated as well.
