Redirecting to Home page

The form deployed using the shortcode redirects to the page as defined in Subscribe2->Settings under the Appearance tab. The Widget uses it’s own settings available on opening up the Widget on the Widget page in WordPress.

I have no set redirect though on the widget or the Appearance section.

Yes you have because there are default settings. I suspect you need to change them.

Without knowing where you are putting the form it’s hard to tell you the answer to that. The Widget can be set to “Use Referring page” so there is no redirect. The shortcode is support to be deployed on a WordPress page so use that page in drop down in the main Settings page.

And that is exactly what I would expect to happen based on the rendered HTML on your page, there is no ‘action’ parameter in the form. It would suggest that you haven’t defined one in the settings for the plugin or the widget as I have described above.

I added the plugin to another site, and I still can’t get it to work. I don’t want any redirect to occur at all when you hit subscribe.

Those look like Widgets, if you are using the widget built into Subscribe2 you need to configure it’s settings on the Widget page in WordPress to return to the referring page.
