Redirecting to "Cart" instead of "Thank-you" after checkout

Upgraded to Woocommerce vs. 2.1.7. After checkout the user is redirected to /cart/ where it informs them that their cart is empty, instead of redirecting them to the Thank-you php page. Can you tell me how to fix this? I can’t find any settings in woocommerce to tell it where to go.
