    Hi,
The signup form is located on my main menu bar as a dropdown (I’m using Uber menu). Now, when the form is successfully submitted, there is a confirmation dialog appearing just above the button. I would like that when the form is successfully submitted, the page would be redirected to a custom page. Is there a way of achieving this? Thanks.

  • Hi Arkisaoglu,

Thanks for hopping in the forum. Currently the plugin will insert a message into a page when the form submits. If you would like it directed to a ‘success’ page, you might consider using the MailChimp embed code instead. With the embed code, there’s an option to disable javascript. When javascript is disabled in the embed code, subscribers will be redirected to a Signup Thank you page.

This page cam help with grabbing the embed code: https://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-can-i-add-my-signup-form-on-my-website In your other thread there are instructions on setting a custom Signup Thank you page.

Any idea on why my submit field isn’t showing a confirmation text after submission? When the submit button is clicked, it looks like it doesn’t do anything. The email stays in the text field and no confirmation text pops up. Any idea on how to fix this because users are submitting multiple times thinking it isn’t submitting? I am sure it is a setting or code issue but I can’t find it.

Actually, I just realized I am using an embed form, not the plugin. Sorry.
