redirecting single page

I have a pre-purchase question. I have two product pages with different prices based on whether the buyer is located in Canada or the rest of the world. I’ll need the menu as well as any links on the site to point to the appropriate product page. Will this plugin (premium version preferred) do that? If so, what is the procedure?
