Redirecting problem

I’m having problems that “seem” to be happening regarding redirects.

I have this page https://elevatingyourbusiness.com/resources/ and no matter what I did, it was going to https://elevatingyourbusiness.com/index.php/resources/ and chrome was showing a site that was hazardous.

I tried everything possible to fix it.

I deleted the page.

I made sure that the page was removed and removed the link in my navigation.

I added a new page called resources and put it in the navigation of the site.

But the problem persists.

I’m also having problems with many of the navigations where it redirects people to a different page. And I can’t update the navigation links unless I create new navigation and don’t use what the system set up itself.
