    There is some issue in the free version.
    I logged in to the admin panel and updated the free version. After updating this, I clicked on pages on the left side menu and it’s redirecting on the faqs page of my website.

    Please find the screenshot https://prnt.sc/uewy9w

    Hello @hybreeder,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    You mentioned that you are being redirected from your Pages to FAQ pages after updating to Yoast SEO 14.9. We find this strange. Can you please deactivate the Yoast SEO plugin and see if the issue persists?

    @maybellyne , Yes, I deactivated the plugin and my pages start working. Please check the screenshot link which I shared. It’s showing the redirect script

    Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?

    Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.

    @maybellyne,

    Apologies for the late reply, I installed the latest WordPress on other domain and install the Yoast plugin and it is working.

    But it’s not working on my existing domain. Whenever I have to access the pages then I have to deactivate the Yoast plugin and then I am accessing the pages.

    I can’t switch the theme because it’s a huge website.

    Hi @hybreeder ,

    We understand you don’t want to change the theme on a live site. We suggest using the Healthcheck plugin as it allows you to troubleshoot while all plugins are disabled and a default theme is used, but only for your specific user until you disable it or log out.

    If you are not comfortable using Healthcheck, have you ever considered setting up a?staging environment?for your tests? This means that you can do all the testing and only change the live site when all works like intended.

    Your host might be able to help
    Some popular web hosts offer quick setups for a staging site so please contact your web host for assistance. They will probably be able to help you out.

    Alternative options to set up a staging environment
    If your web host does not offer staging sites, the WordPress plugin repository offers?staging?plugins?or you can?create your own staging site.

    @jerparx,

    Yes, I checked the Healthcheck and I found 4 critical issues and 5 recommended improvements. You can check the below link.

    https://prnt.sc/ugul3s I’ll update this today.

    I completely remove the Yoast plugin from my website and it’s started working perfectly but once I active the Yoast then again the same issue.

    As of now, I removed the Yoast plugin and working on the Healthcheck issues. Once done then I’ll test it again and update you here.

    By the way, I am using AWS hosting.

    I updated my WordPress 5.5.1 and it’s started working perfectly. Now I am able to access the Yoast plugin without deactivating.
