Redirecting messages to two mails

Hello, I’m just wondering is it possible to redirect messages. For instance I have 2 topics to be chosen, topic1 and topic2. When user choses topic1 the message is being sent to user1, when he choses topic2 the message goes to user2?
Please help me with this one.
