Redirecting Login

Hey there,

Im wanting to have my the login button redirect to the my accounts page on my website, but it keeps redirecting to the wp-login page. I need it to go here: https://www.mywebsite.com/my-account/. This is the string Im getting on the end of my URL: /wp-login.php?redirect_to=%2Fmy-account%2Findex.php

Any idea how to accomplish this?
