  • Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting. If that works, then try reading Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.

    Quick question….

    If I go back to default,

    will it mess up the other pages and links I have on the other 40+ pages?

    It will affect all pages, posts and archive pages but you can re-build the same custom structure back up again afterwards if necessary.

    Not to argue with you here, just a thought….

    The other pages work fine…..

    This just happened today.

    I did add some plugins last night…

    just these two are not working now.

    Leaving a total revamp aside as a last resort,
    could I just deactivate the plugins one at a time to see if there is a plugin that interfering first?

    Yes – that should always be the first thing you look at. Undoing anything you’ve added/installed/changed recently.
