Redirecting installation

Hi,

I have an existing site officescreens.com.au

I’m setting up a new account on a new server. The temp URL is: https://122.252.1.140/~offiscre/

But I set up the account in cPanel and used Fantastico to install WP.

So now if I go to https://122.252.1.140/~offiscre/wp-admin it redirects.

Is it somewhere in wp-config I can change this? I need to be able to log in at: https://122.252.1.140/~offiscre/wp-admin
