    Hi!

I made a domain move with your plugin. That works great.

Today I had to reverse that move. I disabled the redirects, deactivated your plugin, uploades the old htacess and undid the move on the Google Search Console.

The old page is now displayed again.
BUT: all images are still redirected to the new website – therefore no longer displayed. They are also not shown in the WP Library (only as white placeholders).

It is really urgent – what can I do?
Thank you very much for support!

If you disabled them then they are not being redirected by Redirection. You should clear your cache.

Hi! Thank you for the soon answer.

I have cleared all caches (WP Rocket, all browsers) – no effect.
One moment ago I saw that I’m not able to upload any image to the media library. That means that the whole library is redirected.

Ok, but as I said, if you have disabled Redirection then it is impossible for it to be affecting this.

Maybe you can include a URL that isn’t working here?

    Yep, Redirection isn’t involved there.

    Ok. Thank you.
That helps me with troubleshooing. Do you maybe have a tip for me?

Without knowing the details of what is involved it’s hard to say, but my tactic is always to disable things until the problem goes away, then start re-enabling stuff until it comes back.

Ok – thanks a lot and sorry for the inconvenience! ??
