Redirecting feeds to Feedburner
-
I created an account in Google’s Feedburner service for my WordPress feeds.
I tried to redirect users from my old feeds URL by redirecting them to new URLs with .htaccess. Although the redirection works well as such, it prevents Feedburner from updating my feeds (as it gets redirected too when it tries to access them).
Is there any way how to redirect users of my old feeds to Feedburner but still let Feedburner to update them?
For instance, is it possible to change the URL where WordPress RSS feed is located?
There are two blogs which both are at virtual subdomains of my main site.
My blogs (in Finnish):
https://aiheet.domnik.net/
https://lr.domnik.net/Default feeds (RSS2):
https://aiheet.domnik.net/feed
https://lr.domnik.net/feed/Feedburner feeds:
https://feeds.feedburner.com/aiheita
https://feeds.feedburner.com/lipsanenruso.htaccess:
Redirect /feed/atom/ https://feeds.feedburner.com/lipsanenruso
Redirect /feed/atom https://feeds.feedburner.com/aiheita
Redirect /feed/ https://feeds.feedburner.com/lipsanenruso
Redirect /feed https://feeds.feedburner.com/aiheita
