Redirecting Facebook "Likes"

This plug-in makes redirecting permalinks a snap – thank you Scott.

I am curious if you (or anyone else) have any advice about having facebook “like” counts follow a redirect migration.

But all of those seem to assume use of the Facebook “like” button plugin – and I use the complex-code-looking “Sociable” plugin for my Facebook likes.
