    Hi,

    I want to redirect a category to a page, I tried the RankMath redirect tool and the Redirects plugin, and I had problems with both not redirecting.

    I finally did it with the htaccess file, which is not my goal.

    The question is if wp plugins are not working, is it safe to include these redirects in the .htaccess file?

    I don’t know if it could cause a future conflict with WP because I have to do at least 10 redirections from categories.

    Thanks

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    This was posted for the multisite forum and the moderator modified the topic, which I think is a mistake because this is a WP Multisite install with directory subsites.

    example.com
    example.com/es/
    example.com/en/
    example.com/ba/

    I apologize that I didn’t make it clear before because I took it for granted that it was clear that I was talking about a multisite

    I think that the plugins don’t work among other things because it is a multisite.

    I tried again with the redirection plugin, and it works if in the relative URL I include the subsite even when the redirection source is inside the subsite.

    /es/sections/something => https://example.com/es/page/
