redirectify wont work in IE

i just got the redirectify plugin installed and working on my blog but for some reason it only works in Firefox and not in IE(7).

take a look at my site – https://www.blairdee.info/wordpress/

the Portfolio link should redirect you to https://www.blairdee.info/newdesign/portfolio.html

but in IE i just get a page cannot be displayed error and the url goes to https://www.blairdee.info/wordpress/?page_id=3.

can someone please help me out?
