Please check your access settings on your homepage under the “UM Content restriction” and make sure it’s accessible.
Also, make sure that your homepage doesn’t set as one of the Ultimate member pages in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.

Please do a conflict test by disabling all plugins except Ultimate member so we can see if some plugin conflicting with Ultimate member and causing this issue.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

I’ve tried to disable all the plugin and leaving on only UM, I am unable to access to the home page.

I’ve got an UAT environment enabled

https://respiratoryacademy.preview.cogora.com/

but all the other pages are working fine, like

https://respiratoryacademy.preview.cogora.com/about/

@ultimatemembersupport for sure something have been changed since the latest version.

I’ve fixed the issue by setting different pages for all the UM action(login, logout, account, etc.).
