    This is an intermittent problem.

    Symptom: We are set to use CAS-only (v2.0) authentication. When the user goes to the WP URL (single site), they are properly redirected to the CAS login page. Upon entering the credentials, they are presented with the CAS logout successful page from the CAS server. If you try repeatedly, you eventually can get into the WP successfully.

    Diagnostic info: In WP_Debug mode, the following error is logged:
    PHP Notice: Undefined index: access_public_pages in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/authorizer/authorizer.php on line 1288

    Our site does not have any public pages and a custom permission called ‘disallowed user’ that prevents seeing any content on the site, if that helps at all.
