@wesleylancel Have you tried to disable other plugins? How did you add Custom Post Type and Taxonomy?

@mateuszgbiorczyk Thanks for the quick reply. The custom Post Type and Taxonomy are added using a plugin called JetEngine. I’ve tried disable possible related plugins (aren’t that much), except for JetEngine itsself.

@wesleylancel I have prepared a test environment for you. Can you try to reproduce this problem so I can test it?

@mateuszgbiorczyk: done. Somehow it doesn’t actually redirect but it does show the homepage contents, so the issue is similar.

@wesleylancel Gosh, finding a solution wasn’t that easy. But it worked.

The problem lies with the JetEngine plugin, which in the “Advanced Settings” section when editing Taxonomy gives an empty value as the “Register Query Var” setting.

For “Register Query Var” enter the same value as in the “Taxonomy Name” field. This will solve the problem.

@mateuszgbiorczyk thanks for the all the effort! This change doesn’t seem to fix the problem for me though. I also still see the same issue on the test site?
