    Hi team,

I just wanted to check if there are any known issues with the latest version of the plugin? Our website had the login URL set to /login, but after attempting to log in, I was redirected to the 404 page. The plugin had been functioning until now, but I had to deactivate it to gain access again.

Ideally, we would like to continue using the /login URL for security reasons.

The website is built using Hello Elementor theme, and I can provide any additional details if needed.

    Many thanks.

    Hello,

Thanks for using WPS Hide Login.

Have you set any redirection after login ? The default behaviour of the plugin is to redirect to the admin page.

    Hi,

No we do not have any redirection set up after login.

Please let me know if you require more info. Many thanks.

The plugin does not redirect to 404 after login, that’s all I can say.

Try to deactivate every plugins except WPS Hide Login to be sure this mistake is due to this plugin.

The redirect also don’t work properly for me. It works for wp-admin but not wp-login.php

You try to reach wp-admin or wp-login.php as non-loggedin user, you’ll be redirected to 404.

Check your cache and empty it to ensure the redirections are bad.

But i set ‘Redirection url’ on the setting. Shouldn’t it redirect to the url i set when someone try to reach wp-admin or wp-login.php as non-logged-in user?

in my case wp-admin redirected to the url I set, as expected, but wp-login.php redirected to 404. Both when visiting as non-logged-in user.

wp-admin and wp-login.php should be redirected to 404.

    Bonjour Maxime,
