Redirected back to live site- Disabled .htaccess, etc

    Hi,

    I renamed .htaccess to .htaccess-hold, changed permalinks to “plain”, disabled ultimate member, all security software is off and still, I’m getting a redirect of my staging site to the root. What am I missing?
