BTW; Is my Analytics code inserted by the SiteKit plugin or do I need a different plugin for that?

During Analytics setup you have the choice to allow Site Kit to insert the Analytics code. If you have already inserted Analytics code manually prior to Site Kit setup the plugin can recognize this snippet and will use this snippet to display data within the plugin dashboards.

Let me know if you need any additional information on this.

No problem at all, best of luck with your site and thanks for using Site Kit.

    Hi,
I have an identical problem and it is hugely frustrating as I have spent hours trying to find a fix only to get the same message all the time.
I have tried all/most of the fixes by rassom, but nothing works. If I redo setup I get – ‘redirect_uri’ mismatch In fact I get the same message no matter what I do with Google Site Kit or on WordPress.
There are many articles on the subject and so I presume it is a relatively common problem.

    Help!!

@rennien Thanks for sharing your experience. We’d be happy to investigate your case specifically if you want to open an individual support topic. The cause for these issues can vary from mixed content to site migration related issues. After opening a support topic feel free to share your Site Health information via this form and we’d be happy to investigate.
