    Hi Rasmus,

    Sorry to hear you’ve been unsuccessful getting connected. Can you share the following and we can investigate this for you:

    1. Did you migrate this site you’re trying to setup from a staging site, move domain names or switch to https after setting up Site Kit previously?
    2. Did you make any changes to your admin panel URL, switching from wp-admin to a custom endpoint?
    3. Can you share your Site Health information once again using the same form you previously used?
      Note that each form is individual to a users support topic. When filling out the form you must reference your own support topic.

    Hi Rasmus,

    Thanks for sharing. In that case I can request a check your site URL on the Site Kit service and see if I notice anything unusual. Before doing so can you share whether you’re able to proceed with setup by following the steps below, I noticed a few optimization and caching plugins and I’m wondering are they impacting setup in your case:

    1. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    3. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    4. Attempt to setup Site Kit once more

    You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

    Hi James

    I did already try disabling all plugins and setup Site Kit after that, but that didn’t work, so I am sure it’s not plugins causing the problem.

    Regarding your instructions, I don’t see an “Available Plugins” tab (screenshot) https://jmp.sh/w0GbZ7O

    Ah, found the “Available Plugins” option in troubleshooting mode. Still, site kit setup returns the same redirect_uri mismatch message ??

    Thanks for an update. While we’re unable to login to users sites as per www.remarpro.com guidelines I can reset your site on the Site Kit service if you wish. Just note if you have Site Kit connected on this site at any stage previously the services will have to be connected once more. Let me know if you wish to proceed.

    Just to keep you updated I’m awaiting a reset on the Site Kit service site. Unfortunately it’s not something I can action myself but I will let you know as soon as this is complete.
