Redirect with different Permalinks?

Hi,
i have instaled this Plugin but i don′t know how to get the following running:
From an old Blog i have import all the Posts into a new Blog. The old Blog has Permalinks like this /%post_id%/%postname%/
The new Blog has Permalinks like this %postname%/
How can i manage, to redirect all Post from the old Blog to the new Blog?
Also, how can i manage to redirect https://www.oldblog.com to https://www.newblog/blog ??Is that possible? Thanks.
