redirect with an cat=4 in the url

Hi,
i have an old url from our old homepage that looks like this: https://www.websteite.com/zine/?cat=4 i would now put that url to https://www.websteite.com. An it din’t work i get an 400 error. Wen i tire it with the https://www.websteite.com/zine/?cat= it works. Did i make there somethin wrong?
