    Hi,

I am using your shortcode to display form. I am wondering is there a way to redirect user when he clicks on button, so he is redirected to form page and shown results there?

It is kind of not practical to show results on same place where form is showing.

For example if I have it in header, the results will be shown in header !?

    Thanks

    Hello @dadodd,

If you are using the order tracking widget and you have it configured correctly, then it should redirect you to the tracking form page with the results already loaded upon submission.

Is that not the case for you? Are you using the order tracking widget in your header? Can you confirm that you provided it the url to the page containing the tracking form?

    Hello,

    thank you for support.

Yes I have been using widget and it is not redirecting me upon submission.

Where do I provide the url for tracking form? There was an option when setting up plugin, but now I don’t see it.

    Hello @dadodd,

My apologies for the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, at the moment, that widget does not have a redirect option for the returned tracking result.

The option you see in the settings is for the tracking form shortcode only, not the widget.

Oke, but how I achieve something like that. You mentioned something in first reply?

If you are using the order tracking widget and you have it configured correctly, then it should redirect you to the tracking form page with the results already loaded upon submission.

    Thanks

I thought you were talking about one of our themes, which comes with that feature by default. Again, my apologies for the misunderstanding.
