Redirect url's with spaces

example%20example is being changed to exampleexample

Old redirection does not work. I can not create a new redirection. ??

Please try to delete this link and add it again and check if works or not, this is to know is it from the migration process or there is a problem in the redirect process.

From 2.4 version previously added links from page to page are working properly.
Previously added links from folder to page are working incorrectly. If I do update this links (from folder to page) they are working properly again.
