Redirect URL generated QR to mobile app

Hi,

so I have a really difficult questions, at least for me.

Some months ago I built a wp website where we used “articles” with custom spaces to insert some “items”, then using a QR code generator plugin, we got the qr code to every single Item and putted in some locations.

Turns out, that in some of this locations internet does not works, neither mobile or wifi, nothing.

So we thougt, ok we could use apppresser or something like that to do an app that has the same content of the web site but offline. But then, and here is the tricky part, how do we tell the system that when it scans a qr code and the app is installed in the smartphone, to go to the offline page in the app and not to the web site? (all of it without having to recreate and reprint all the qr codes?)

I’ll really be greatful to anyone that helps us with this problem.
