Hi! I am having a weird problem that only seems to occur on Google Chrome – when we select our Training page it takes us to the blog.

Hover your mouse over “Trauma Informed Care” – select “Trainings” – goes to Blog. Though, when you try it on other browsers, like Safari, it takes you to the correct page: https://www.sainta.org/trauma-informed-care/trainings/

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Are you sure? I tried it on Chrome and it works fine for me. You are getting a 404 error though, jquery.cssParentSelector.js failed to load.

Yeah, I just tried it again and we’ve been getting reports from users in other states that are experiencing the problem.

It doesn’t send an error, it takes me to the blog… interestingly the URL is what I listed above, but it is showing the recent blog articles on the page.

I just got the problem to occur on Safari as well.

Hi – I realized it is an issue with my Shortlinks plugin – I deleted the one that had to do with the URL and it seemed to correct the issue.

Good to hear! I have had issues before with redirect plugins on client websites where I didn’t realize they were installed, because I didn’t install it myself!
