Redirect to web.whatsapp.com vs app

  • I have noticed that when the chat option is clicked that it opens up with option to download or open app on https://shop.dupaint.co.za

    On the below site using your same plugin, it auto opens the web.whatsapp.com window….
    https://topdogtoolshop.co.za/

    Our clients wants the 2nd option and I can’t replicate it in the settings. Is there something I am missing?

    Hi, you only need to mark the option WhatsApp Web in your Joinchat settings.
