Redirect to URL Issue

  • Hi,

    I’ve two different user roles in my system. For both the user roles, I’ve setup custom redirect to specific URLs upon login & registration.

    For one of the user roles, the redirects are working just fine.

    But for the other user role, the URL repeats itself ending in a broken experience.
    For example, the URL to be redirected to is https://connect.coffee/farmer-dash/.
    But for some reason, the URL gets changed to https://connect.coffee/login/connect.coffee/farmer-dash.

    I need assistance to fix this asap as the website is going live tomorrow.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi @seed2launch,

    Can you please attach the screenshots of your redirect settings.
    Do you have any global redirect settings in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Access section or in Settings -> Appearance?

    actually, the issue seems to have corrected itself.

    i had redirect settings under “user roles” and no global redirections. i changed the URL to something else and reverted it back to the URL i wanted and it started working. not sure how but it just worked.
