Redirect to updated url

Hi,
First and foremost, thank you so much for this plugin since we were able to comply with what the client wanted for their urls.My question is now that new url path has been created for our posts, can you give us advise on the best way to redirect old urls to the new ones.
Example:
Old: https://domain.com/%postname%New: https://domain.com/blog/%category%/%postname%
Apparently, both old and new urls are working and I was hoping that the old urls be redirected to the new.
We are talking about hundreds of posts so I would appreciate the most efficient way to do these redirects. Thanks!
