Redirect to Stripe’s payment link

    Hi,

    I created a radio button with a conditional logic for the user to select Stripe or another payment method. When selecting Stripe the bar where to insert the bank card information shows.

    I am a bit apprehensive with the possibility that the user might lack trust to share his card information when faced with the simplicity of this. Do you have any suggestions on how to improve how it renders? Could a more elaborate window appear instead, with a Stripe logo and product information, maybe pulled directly from Stripe’s website?

    I hope these questions make sense. Sorry if not. I am just getting started.

    Hi @nomadarod

    I hope you are doing well.

    I would suggest using the HTML field to add some extra information for the users that Select Stripe, the Forminator users the Stripe API which means no data is collected about Payment and saved on your database, usually we add that information to our Privacy and Terms page.

    Unfortunately, we can’t customise further the checkout, all fields configuration can be found at https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#stripe-field
